IT'S OKAY TO NEED HELP.

Individual therapy services are available for persons 13 years of age and up regarding concerns such as adjustment disorder, anger, anxiety, depression,  gender identity, grief, stress, and trauma.  The therapeutic process serves to help clients address their presenting concerns in a way and at a pace that best meets their individual needs. The goal of therapy is not to end all negative feelings, emotions, and experiences, but to cope and engage with those experiences in a way that helps individuals live the life they want to live. 

Therapy is currently only offered virtually to Texas residents.

Coaching costs vary depending on the service.
